Software License & Service Scope
MyPetLab grants the subscribing salon a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cloud-based grooming management dashboard, multi-staff calendar, pet technical cards, automated reminders, and till features during the active subscription period.
14-Day Free Trial & Subscriptions
Every salon begins with a full 14-day free trial of the software without requiring a credit card upfront. Upon trial completion, the salon may select between Base, Premium, Elite, or Business tiers. Billing is handled automatically via Stripe according to the selected monthly or annual frequency.
Automated WhatsApp Reminders
When enabled, automated WhatsApp messages (booking confirmations, 24-hour reminders, and ready-for-pick-up notifications) are sent via our verified business gateway. The salon agrees to use this feature solely for legitimate customer service and transactional communication.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
In relation to customer personal data entered into the salon dashboard (e.g. pet parent names, phone numbers, addresses), the salon acts as the Data Controller, and MyPetLab acts as the Data Processor under GDPR Article 28. MyPetLab implements robust technical safeguards to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
