We Never Sell Your Data
Your personal information and your clients' records are never sold or rented to advertising brokers.
European Cloud Storage
All data is hosted on enterprise cloud servers located in the EU with end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest.
No Card Data Stored
Payment information is processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified); we never store your card details.
Full Ownership Rights
You can request export or permanent deletion of your data at any time under GDPR Article 17.
1. Data Controller

Depending on whether you use MyPetLab as a pet owner or as a salon professional, we collect:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number for authentication and WhatsApp booking alerts.
- Pet Technical Information: Breed, size, weight, coat condition, matting history, allergies, and behavioral grooming notes.
- Salon Business Details: Business name, tax ID/VAT, salon address, staff members, opening hours, and price lists.
- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, device type, operating system, and diagnostic logs for platform security.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data under the lawful bases defined in Article 6 of the GDPR: (a) Contract Performance: to provide the software functionality, calendar bookings, and account management; (b) Legitimate Interests: to maintain infrastructure security and prevent abuse; (c) Consent: where explicitly granted for optional features.
